3″ Magma Floor/Concrete Grinding Pucks (Velcro)

Redi-Lock diamond grinding segments, are specialized quick-change tools primarily designed for Husqvarna and other floor grinders. Unlike traditional screw-on cup wheels for hand grinders, these segments slide and lock into a carrier disc, allowing for tool-free changes during concrete surface preparation.

• Metal Bond Segments: Used for general concrete grinding and leveling. They are available in various “bonds” (Hard, Medium, Soft) to match the hardness of the concrete.

How to choose the right Redi-Lock segment:

1. Match bond to concrete hardness

• Soft bond → hard concrete
• Medium bond → medium concrete
• Hard bond → soft/abrasive concrete

2. Pick segment shape based on job

• Arrow / PCD → coatings & glue removal
• Double bar → general grinding
• Single segment → lighter or smoother grinding

3. Choose grit

• 16–30 grit → aggressive removal
• 30–50 grit → standard grinding
• 100+ grit → finishing

Redi-Lock segments are designed for quick swap and are commonly used for removing paint, adhesives, and thin epoxies as well as grinding concrete surfaces.
